Need API and method to change the Cad to part relationship from "CONTENT' to "OWNER"

Hi ,

I created the EPM Build relationship between parts and CAD using the API EPMDescribelink.This method created the " CONTENT" relationship between the part and CAD by default.

Beacuse of this I am not able to add the Part in structures.

Is there any API and method that finds the relationship between CAD part and associated Windchill Part.What is the method to change this relationship from "CONTENT" to "OWNER"
