Starting with Windchill R10, the primary location for all documentation is now in the 'Help Centers'. The PDF files that have been around for ages are generated from the help center files and may only contain a subset of the information the Help Center does.. A quick look around, and it seems a lot easier navigate and search documentation than in the past.
Also based on customer feedback the documentation group has recently compiled and published the Resources for Windchill Administrators Quick Reference document. This document offers guidance to resources available for Windchill admins on PTC.com, as well as in the Help Center, and further offers tables of “if you’re looking for info on X, look here in the Windchill Help Center ....” items of interest to admins.
