Not able to normalize RelevantRequestData2

Not able to normalize RelevantRequestData2

When I try to normalize RelevantRequestData2(table RELEVANTREQDATA2_596712720) in wbm , it shows "No rows to normalize for RELVTREQDATA2__504046873".

Can anyone please help?
