How the exceution works in MPMLink....how user will update manufacturing status of wtPart.

In windchill MPMLink we have created Process plan against a given wtPart, There are various work centers (Eg: Fabrication , Machining,) Now the question is , how the exceution works in MPMLink....how user will update manufacturing status of wtPart (what is the status on wtPART in fabrication, how much resources are used as against plan. etc)
