Not able to set the Attribute values using Edit Attribute icon

We are using Windchill 10.1 M040 and observed that users are unable to set the Attribute value using "Edit Attributes" icon in workspace. It shows only default Value tab in front of To Field on Set value Dialog.

Issue Get resolved by removing and adding that Field again in Work-space View.
