Number Attribute Format: Modify or Deactivate Thousand Separator?

Hello,

 

showing thousand as 1,000 is very confusing to our european engineers who are used to see a dot or space as thousand separator.

 

Is there a way to modify or deactivate the thousand operator in Windchill?

According to PTC this is controlled by the browser, not by Windchill.  Take a look at these two articles:

Hello,

 

Changing the language settings in firefox does not change the thousand separator in Windchill on my system. I played around, setting the language to German, British or American English does not influence the thousand separator in Windchill.

Yeah, not working for me either.

 

Do you have these other languages installed in Windchill?  I don't, and I'm wondering if maybe that's why...

 

Do you have maintenance?  I'm willing to create a case and dig into this if you don't.
