Just had a situation occur in our installation that others my suffer from. This solution worked like a charm. Might be a good idea to inform your users who use OneDrive.
One of our users kept getting an error saying their PTC places was unavailable.
Turns out in Article CS297063, it tells you that if OneDrive is active (which it was) you have to :
- Turn off the "Files on Demand" feature in OneDrive settings
- Reboot the client
