Opening ProductView Closes IE

Hello All,

One of my users recently reported that whenever they try to open a drawing from Windchill in ProductView, their browser windows close automatically. Have any of you experienced this issue? Do you have any suggestions or solutions?

To fix this make sure you have adobe reader installed on their machine. If you have drawings published in PDF then productview actually uses adobe's internals if I recall correctly.

We've just recently migrated to a publish to PDF environment, so I tried to open some drawings that haven't been published as a PDF yet and the same issue occurs. This also happens if I try to open an assembly or part file as well.

To confirm, the user does have Adobe Reader on their machine.
