Ophaned Items in MORI (MasteredOnReplicatedItem) table.

Ophaned Items in MORI (MasteredOnReplicatedItem) table.

Final task in my revaulting task. I have cache vault folder that is clear (no files) but I cannot delete it since it says there are "Cached Items" that report to it. I do see records in MORI that refer to this folder but those records have no connections back to ApplicationData, FVITEM or STREAMDATA (blobs).

The article above provides a query to verify that the MORI records do not tie to ApplicationData

These numbers agree with my other queries and show created timestamps during my revaulting efforts, Are these automatically cleaned out? Do I have to remove these records? Are these still referenced somewhere?

BTW, I followed https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS112459?source=search and got to the end with items remaining. There are no failed sync jobs, quarantined items, upload in progress items. Goose eggs all around.

Discussing with PTC, I was able to delete this records. You need to check that they are not referenced anywhere else like ApplicationData or StreamData.

Hi @avillanueva

If there is not a reference to an ApplicationData table then it is not referenced.

I don't know exactly but if you restart the Windchill the vault folder should be released and you could delete it

Also a mount folder can keep the folder in use so you could not delete it. I would try to unmount the cache folder..
