Just an FYI, if you want to go to Oracle 11.02.02 Standard from Enterprise database, a supported PTC TPI is available:

If you try to export from anOracle Enterprise 11.02.01,and import to Oracle Standard 11.02.02, you will still get errors.
That's a new numbering convention for their TPIs.
