PDM without Windchill or major system?

Hello Windchill Users,

I am wondering if there is anyone out there who has managed Pro/E data successfully in a small setup with just a couple of users without using Intralink, Windchill or any other major software (Team Center etc.). If so, how did you do it?

I am wondering if there are any inexpensive solutions to this problem even if this is a "home grown" solution or is this just "madness"?

We're on WF4 M110.

We have used subversion (free) with six users for several years now.
