We have a unique situation where there has some engineers using Wildfire 4.0 M110/120 with PDMLink 8.0 M040. It has had no issues to this point, but was wondering if anyone in the PTC community had used this combination of Products. The software documentation states and WF4 can only be used with PDMLink 8.0 M050+, but it seems to work fine at this point for the engineers. Most of our engineers are still running WF3 M210 thru M230 with no problems, but had a few that tried WF4 with no issue either. Is there anyone out in the PTC community that has ran this way for a while using WF4 and PDMlink 8.0 M040???? I would like to go to WF4 before we upgrade to PDMLink 9.1 and are in the 9.1 upgrade process, but do not want to upgrade PDMLink 8.0 anymore. Any comments would be appreciated.
