I am pleased to announce the general availability of the PTC System Monitor (PSM) release 3.0 F000.
This new release introduces many new enhancements making it easier for you to monitor, diagnose and service your PTC applications. Below is a list of the key highlights, for more details please see the What’s New guides:
PSM 3.0 also adds support for Servigistics Service Center, extending similar monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities currently offered to Windchill PDMLink, Windchill ProjectLink, FlexPLM and Integrity products.
The following information provides details on how to download the latest version of the PTC System Monitor, the latest documentation, access technical support, PSM Central Page, and how to provide non-support based feedback.
Download
Download the PTC System Monitor release 3.0 F000 using the following steps.
1. Navigate to the PTC “Download Software Updates” page.
2. Click the “Order or Download Software Updates” link.
3. Click WINDCHILL PDMLink, WINDCHILL ProjectLink, Integrity, FlexPLM or Servigistics Service Center
4. After downloading the ZIP file, unzip it and follow the installation instructions in the PTC System Monitor Installation and Deployment guide.

Why isn't such a message shown on the PTC Windchill Support page in the announcements section ?
Folks need to know about the Fatal error that Windchill Clusters have if All items are not uninstalled and/or upgraded properly... 😕 I learned the hard way. Still a huge fan! Awesome product!
