Package collector configuration to consider only the Released Reference docs of the initial part

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.2 and Datecode with CPS 11.2.1.18

The package collector is collecting the reference documents which are in in-work state of the initially selected part. How to configure the collector to collect only the Released reference documents of the initially selected Part.
