I am new to Windchill and I need to add PartUsageLink entry from my С# external project.
Which SOAP path should I use?
I think it's SOAPAction:"urn:ie-soap-rpc:com.ptc.windchill.ws!Link" (Create-Links action webject).
Am I right? Can anyone help me with its parameters or with SOAP message to submit?
Or there are other ways to do this from C# project?
