PartsLink reload cmd

windchill com.ptc.windchill.partslink.AdminApp -reload

As anyone experienced pagingsession errors running the above command? The difficultly we're running into is that the reload quite consistently fails on our production system but rarely fails on our cloned dev/qual environments.

PTC has asked us to update the values of
wt.pom.paging.fetchLimit=15
wt.pom.paging.fetchSleepInterval=1000
wt.pom.paging.pagingSessionLimit=5
wt.pom.paging.sessionCleanupTime=1800

The changes to wt.pom.paging.fetchSleepInterval (1000 to 3000) seems to allow the reload command to (most of the time) execute on our devl/qual systems - doesn't help much on production.

What version of Windchill and M-build are you using?

We have used PartsLink for 9.1 and 10.0, both, currently running 10.0 M020
