Problem with distinguished name

Hello,

I was trying to create a new user but when I filled all the required fields for new user there was a message "Error 34 - dn must not have blank attributes or values" . I couldn not either add an existing user to table. As I can understand there was a problem with connecting to LDAP because I can find user through LDAP browser but I cant add it to table. I have attempted to connect through LDAP browser but that didnt fix my problems.

Can you please help me.

maybe you should restart windchill services including directory service, and take a try!

Also make sure that the AD profile for the user has all the required info populated, specifically the e-mail address field.
