As we begin planning the next Customer Advisory Board meeting (probably mid May), we'd like to get feedback on how we and make it more worthwhile and valuable. For those of you who haven't yet attended a CAB meeting, it's a 2-day, on-site, interactive meeting split into three sections: Customer Presentations, PTC Updates, and Breakout Sessions to explore ideas on new issues and requirements. At the last CAB meeting, we received terrific feedback on Materials Management, Packaging, Value Cards, Certification Compliance, and Supplier Dashboard (minutes attached). We agreed to invite customers to attend "sprint" demos to get early feedback on new capabilities (next one scheduled for Feb 5). We also agreed to continue the Breakout Sessions. We welcome any thoughts on which topics we should include in the next CAB -- repeats ok -- as well as any other suggestions you may have on how we can improve the agenda.
