We are using Windchill 9.1 and recently have started using a replication server. Most users at our facility are able to utilize the replication server, but we have several users that are unable to access content through ProductView from the file cache server. I have tried logging into PDMLinkwith my user account and I cannot view the files through ProductView on that computer either while pointing to the file cache server. If I switch back to the Master site, I can view the files. I can also access the files to download from the cache server on the computers that cant view them through ProductView. Any thoughts on what to try?
FYI: It turns out that the problem was with Java 24. Our company pushed it out to all computers and some are having conflicts. We are now installing Java 26 on the computers experiencing problems.
