Publishing Office Documents Strange Issue - Help!

I am having a strange issue with publishing Office Word documents that contain an A3. It is happening on one system and cannot be reproduced by PTC. We are using Office 365 and using the MS Office to publish NOT Adobe. The recipe is OOTB and worker is installed on Windchill server. Publishing seems to work fine for all word documents except the ones containing an A3 page. I am attaching a sample doc that fails publishing.

Can you please elaborate what strange issue you are observing ? as well what is version of Creo View Adapter are you using. 

Ideally it would be good if you raise Tech Support case with PTC.

The issue is that publishing fails. We are using the latest available version of the adapters. We have logged a call with PTC but have had no success as they cannot reproduce. The error is:
