Query Builder - How to use compound (union, unionAll)?

I am trying to create a simple report which shows attributes from a specific type and also attributes from one of his child type (sub-type). I could find one article at PTC with an example of unionAll but I could not replicate it.

It shows zero results, I've played a lot with it and it is driving me crazy...

See attached my report.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

try to put your request also on this group Reporting, maybe you can find some more help.
