We developed a script in weblink.
You load the html page in the embedded webbrowser and it asks you to load a file. You pick the file which contains the list of numbers and it had to WS or check out etc...
It does not do everything you say and you need Creo but it is close enough,
We use SAP I do not know the function you are talking about
