Recovering workspaces

I lost my files in my workspace. Is there a way to recover those files? I logged in as a different user and when I logged in as my normal user I lost all my files that were not uploaded. I have found some of the files in my cache but only a few. Is there anyway to get all my files back? We are using Creo 2.0 M040 with Intralink 8.0 or 10.0 not sure which.

    I ran that this morning and got some of my files back. It didn't get all the files I need. Is there a way to get all the files that were in that workspace?

    Do you know if these files still exist in the cache? If they don't, I hate to say it, but they cannot be recovered.
