Rename Number - OIR appears to be correct

I just opened up a call with the hot-line, but I thought I'd try here also.

I need to rename some files, however I'm not able to rename the number. I checked the oir for this product and it appears to be setup to allow that. I'm stumped. I HAVE to rename the number on these files.

The OIR for epmdoc's has this in it:

I think you have 2 identical discussions regarding disabling autonumbering:

Just add this at the bottom of the OIR for EPMDocument:

<attrconstraint id="number" algorithm="com.ptc.core.rule.server.impl.GatherAttributeConstraints">
