When using the replace (unrelated components) function in WF5, sometime the system adds the temp assembly asm0001.asm to your workspace. This causes issues with the next time you want to use the replace unrelated components as it will not allow you to Edit Ref Table. The error you get in pro-e is that asm0001.asm exists already. So then we try and delete the ghost file from the workspace and get an error that it failed because of references to the original replaced part. I have a case opened on this, but have been getting bounce back and forth between TSE pro-e and TSE Windchill. It is not a machine specific issue as we have seen this multiple times with multiple machines. When working offline, Pro-e iterates the temp asm window each time you replace, but when connected to WC the temp assy window is always asm0001.asm
Has anyone else exprienced this issue?
