Restore/Recreate Deleted User.

Hello All,

I was rehosting our Production Server last night and was cleaning up the Queues and Disconnected Users in our Rehosted Dev Server. I accidentally delete one of the user from our Windchill Production Server and Windchill DS.

I just wanted to know if there is a way to recreate this user or delete this users information from the database and recreate.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hello,

Do you have an LDAP backup? Can you restore from that? There is also a disconnected participants function from within Windchill. I haven't had this scenario you describe happen to me but this is where I'd start. That plus a larger search here or a call to PTC Support.
