Restricting document creation

I want to restrict a certain role in a library to only be able to create one document type and no others, I now have about 15-16 document types defined but I dont want to go through the ACL's and set deny for all other document types. Is there an easier way to do this? WTDocuments has create for team members by default, but in this one library I only want "Authors" to be able to create this one document type while "Team Members" can create any document type. I don't want to type in Deny 14 times for the other document types.

Also, does any one know if I can use the LoadFromFile to import ACL's into my library?

No easy way to address that I can think of - very non-standard requirement.
