I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.0

1. Does the upload failure occur only with one specific CAD file, or with all new CAD files?
2. Are you using a supported version of the CAD tool and integration with Windchill?
3. Does the issue occur consistently from the same client machine or across multiple systems?
