The replica server is not a critical server in terms of CPU/Memory.
It only use 6 services and basically use a web server and Tomcat to fetch
and store objects in the vault.
The main bottleneck is you WAN utilization so any server will be good
here.... like dual core 4 GB mem.
Unless you have WF installed on the same server as the replica server for
your remote users support then you need to size it according to the WF spec.
