One of my customers has very strict requirements with regard to information security. As a result, all mail traffic from Windchill to external companies is forbidden and blocked by configuration. However, they also would like to send (encrypted) Package Deliveries directly by mail from Windchill. But, still block all other mailing capabilities in Windchill.
Intensive collaboration with external companies is supported by fixed VPN connections and ProjectLink. For other less intense collaboration we would like to use the Package Delivery by mail, directly from Windchill to have all information sharing traceable.
Any of you having experience with these kind of requirements? I am looking for possibilities for configuration of Windchill or configuration of infrastructural solutions to achieve this use case.
