After all of these years, PTC has still not aligned the Creation Wizard for Promotion Request and Problem Report / Change Request / Review (Design or Peer). Does anyone know if PTC have any plans or is there an EASY way to add the Select Participant step to a Change Object or the Add Attachments step to a Promotion Request? (I am sure it can be done by customization but didn't want to go down that route.)
I wanted to use the Peer Review but it is not user friendly for the originator to receive an initial task just to set up the participants when it could easily be part of the object creation wizard as it is in the Promotion Request. So, I decided to configure my own Peer Review using a Promotion Request instead. But, now I am reminded that you can't "Add Attachments" to a Promotion Request in the create wizard. So each option only gets me 90% of the way to what I want.
