According to PTC Tech Support, the only way to grant "Set Effectivity" rights from the part details page is to add the users to Library/Product Manager or Administrator roles. In our Organization, this doesn't make a whole lot of sense and gives these users a large amount of access they wouldn't normally have.
Has anyone figured out how to configure PDMLink so that other roles such as "Configuration Management" can set effectivity from the part details page?
