Site Not Responding

HI,

we are getting "SITE NOT Respodning" for master .. and I am seeing beow meesage in apache log file ..

ping is thwoeing 404 error .. I dont why ..

but with logical url the ping is happening i.e master url .. ping is happening ..

any idea on this .. how to avoid 404 error...

Hi Manoj,

Verify below points;

1) Check broadcasting error message from Valut configuration, if the same error appears

2) Regenerate master.pubkey and restart the replica server

3) Check network connectivity between master and replica,

4) try to map ip in the host file between master and replica.
