I am creating functional groups in the LDAP (Windchill DS) to use as groups in Roles for the Change Request workflow participants.
I created some at the Site level, but then thought these may be better at the Org level.
Can someone shed some light on which would be better to use for these types of groups?
I want to use groups when adding to the product/library team roles so changes can be made in the LDAP group and it gets applied across the 3 libraries and product. I figured from an admin point this would be easier than adding/removing the person in 4 places.

Yes, the groups are a great way to accomplish this. Do you use multiple Organizations? I would recommend doing it at the Org level. Unless you need to grant users access across multiple organizations but, I would think that is unlikely.
