Solved: - Major PDMLink problem, LDAPrelated

The user just needs to have read access, it will not be used to change
any permissions. I would also suggest that they don't set that account
to change the password every X number of months or you will run into
another situation like this, unless that is you plan for it and
proactively reset the password and update the necessary files on your
install.
