IT restarted the domain controller specified in the app-Windchill-Auth.conf file and now we are running again. They also monkeyed around with the permissions on the user specified in that file on AD (made it a domain admin) but we are not sure if it needs to have those permissions.
Anyone know the exact permissions necessary for the user specified in the app-Windchill-Auth.conf file?
