Rinceo, were you able to work past this performance problem? If not, can you provide further details about this issue? At what part of the process during the state change or Save As are you having performance issues? During data collection? When you launch the wizards for those actions? When you try to complete the action?

Is this only happen from Workspaces, with huge datas (2000+) in?

Slow running SQL (can test the following indexes):

1. CREATE INDEX BaselineMember$ptc1 ON BaselineMember(idA3A5,idA3B5)
2. CREATE INDEX StringValue$ptc1 ON StringValue(idA3A6,idA3A4)
3. CREATE INDEX ApplicationData$ptc1 ON ApplicationData(role,idA2A2)

If you haven't done so already, it may be a good idea to open up a TS case. We have some SQL queries and additional tools that can be used to help figure out why these actions are slow if the above stuff doesn't take care of it.

Can you please also check what is the cache Size

for Creo 2: Under files>Manage session>server management >cache>total cache used.

for Wf5:Under Tools>server management >cache>total cache used.
