String index out of range: 20

When I try to revise a family table CAD parts, I get an error - "String index out of range: 20"

Does anybody have any idea why this error and how to fix this?

Can you please provide the server side error message in the MethodServer.log

There should be more info about what went wrong.

Unfortunately I don't have access to the logs

The issue was there was a html file attached to the generic that caused this issue.

After removing the attachment we were able to revise.
