Thingworx Navigate & WRS 1.5

Does WRS 1.5 has out of the box domain for Workflow and promotion requests?

1) Creating/updated Promotion Request

2) Accessing workflow task information

3) Ability to complete Workflow task

 

I developed Web Service in RestEasy framework for the Workflow tasks. Wondering what's in new WRS.
