Is it possible to disable the tooltips in Windchill

Hi Rahul,

As per this article https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS112484 there is no way to disable the tooltip cause they are hardcoded in data utility.

In case of action its defined in rbInfo file or in *RB.java file.
