Trigger/Listener documentation and examples?

Where is the documentation for customization (developer guide, API, tutorials, examples)?


I want to duplicate my Intralink 3.4 trigger in Intralink 9.1.
Specifically, I want my trigger to run whenever an EPMDocument changes state.


So far, all I've found is the Customizer's Guide (PDF) which seems to be little more than an overview.
