I am interested in compiling a list of the types of Problem Reports, Variances, or modeled types of Change Issues that sites have implemented in production, have planned for a future deployment, or simply brought up in converstation within your company.
A few things to consider in your response: - What is the name of the introduced object and where does it sit in the type heirarchy?
- What business use case does the introduced object satisfy?
- What are the significant attributes, behaviors, or process steps that justify/distinguish the introduced object?
- Are the OOTB base types of Problem Report and Variance used when the special objects are introduced?
- Are there any other key details that come to mind related to these introduced objects?
