Unable to view the help pages after converting to IIS.

Hi All,

We configured IIS to run windchill (basic auth) and the application appears to be working as expected. However, I can't view any of the help pages (access denied error). I followed the Configuring IIS and Tomcat instructionsin chapter 15of the Advanced Configuration and Installation guide. What am I missing in order to view the help pages?
