I am reaching out to the community here for help if anyone has seen this issue. We recently upgraded to CPS16 Windchill 11.1 M020 and our Windchill Rest Services are throwing intermittent issues where the the user can not retrieve any data. Invoking restendpoint directly from the browser is throwing errors intermittently. These are out of the box rest endpoints. After multiple refreshes, the endpoint starts working.
