We're about to move to a newer version of Windchill, but we're currently running Windchill 7 on a Tier 3 architecture, with Aphelion (no AD).
Some users suddenly lost all their projects/folders, of which a restart of the Method Server seemed to get things back, though for how long is debatable.
Some users were getting a Windchill-branded webpage with a Nested Exception Error, some are now getting the standard Tomcat error 500, of which the beggining is:

We've attempted purging the prinicipal cache from Windchill, we've attempted clearing the Tomcat cache, but if anyone has any further ideas then we'd appreciate your input.
