Visualization error - model and drawing revision ?

In windchill Pdmlink 9.1, I recently noticed that when users make a new revision to a model and part, after the new revision is either checked in or gets promoted, previous revisions of the drawing republish with the geometry of the latest part (not the model geometery at the point in time when the drawing was made). I dont recall seeing this issue before. Does anyone know if certain wvs.properties file option could cause this ? Strange thing is, same wvs.properties file on my test system works correctly. I've tried numerous test myself and sure enough it doesnt appear to work like my test system. Any ideas on where to start ?

Have you setup re-occurring publisher jobs that republish out of date
representations? If you are publishing as latest, any completed jobs
would be marked out of date if items below them are modified. I believe
there are scheduling jobs that can be setup and run regularly to look
for those and republish them at night. Check Publish Schedule
Administrator or the publish monitor to see the jobs.
