WPA needs to have the date formatted in a globally used format to avoid confusion to users and suppliers.
For example: XX-Jan-XXXX
I agree. In some cases the format may be configurable, but it seems like that's not true in all cases.
Would the ISO and FDA global format make more sense?
YYYY-MM-DD
I could live with that. Probably makes more sense as 'Jan' is not the first month for countries that do not use English as their official language.
