WTPart automatically getting classified

We are running Partslink 10.2 M020 CSP18.  When I go to create a new WTPart it is adding the classification step before I ever select how to classify the item.  Has anyone come across this issue and fixed it.  This is a brand new install.

I had a similar issue occur.  Called PTC TS and worked with a tech.  The solution for my issue ended up being exporting the current classification schema tree and re-importing it, overwriting the schema with itself.

Thanks for the info.  I have a call open with PTC and we will see what they come back with but wanted to work this from both ends.  If they don't come back soon with anything I will give this a try.
