Ways to be notified when a WTDoc is iterated orchecked out in Windchill

Would this not be useful?

Create a folder for all these documents? Then just create a subscription for the folder. You can set the subscription to notify you for several events. Check in/ Check out, New Objects, New Revision. Each person could create their own subscription to the folder.

Thanks Steve!
That might work well,
The downside I see is numerous emails, or are Windchill notifications written to a table within the users view?

I'm not sure if Policy Notifications use the Digest Notification rules or
not.

this is from the PDMLink User's guide, but it was under the Subscriptions
section.

Notifications
When you create a subscription, you can indicate whether you want to send
notifications for the subscription at the time the event occurs or
according to a
schedule. The schedule option allows you to have notifications stored and
delivered in a digest on a daily or weekly basis at a specific time. This
schedule is
based on the Digest Notification Schedule preference set by users with
administrative privileges.
For context or folder subscriptions, subscribed users receive
notifications for all
objects included in the subscription that are in the context or folder to
which the
user has access when the event occurs.
If multiple objects are affected, subscribed users receive a single
summary e-mail
notification rather than separate notifications for each object.
When you create or edit a subscription, you can enter a subject for the
notification.
If you leave the Subject field blank, Windchill generates it at the time the
notification is sent.

Clarification

You can always see the checked out status, revision etc for a WT doc in a windchill web page. That is not the issue.

The issue is there is no Workspace for WT docs, so how do you create a list of WT objects for your project and the show the status of all the objects in your list on a single page.

Sorry for any miscommunications

Andrew
