What should I write in <database credentials> ?

Hello, tell me, please. What should I write in <database credentials> ? I searched the Internet for information but found no clues.

Oracle: sqlplus <database credentials> @com/acme/Make_pkg_acme_Table.sql

I have a database that uses windows authorization when logging in

the DB credentials would be the login username and password used by WIndchill to access the database. Ask your system admin for that information. (I would not give it to any of my users!)
